These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reuben Schultz ("we," "us," or "our"), operating from Australia, regarding your access to and use of the Money Mindset mobile application (the "App"), a Flutter-based iOS app with bundle ID com.wealthmind.wealthmind.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.
Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 12). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign up using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use one account per person and not to share your login details.
The App is a gamified financial psychology education platform providing interactive, bite-sized lessons across seven pillars: Your Money Brain, Money Scripts, Builder Mindset, The Spending Trap, Wealth Psychology, Power Moves, and Debt & Credit. It includes quizzes and revision systems (13+ round types), a simulated investment portfolio with 35 fictional assets, branching financial simulations, a curated Feed, and extensive gamification (XP, levels, badges, streaks, leaderboards).
The App is purely educational and is not a financial advisory service. All content teaches behavioral economics and money psychology. No feature provides or constitutes personalised financial, investment, or other professional advice.

We reserve the right to monitor usage, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and reset any progress, XP, MindCoins, or rankings obtained through exploitation.
All content in the App -- including lessons, quizzes, simulations, Feed cards, graphics, UI/UX design, sounds, and any dynamically AI-generated content -- is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
User-generated content is limited to display names and avatars. By uploading them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce them within the App.
The App includes XP points, 100 career-progression levels (from "Unpaid Intern" to "Century Master"), 100+ achievement badges, daily streaks, and global leaderboards. These are provided for entertainment and educational engagement only. We may modify, add, or remove any gamification features, levels, badges, or rankings at any time.
THE APP IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE PERSONALIZED FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY FORM OF PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES.
We are not liable for any financial, investment, or other decisions you make based on the App's educational content.
MindCoins are a virtual currency earned through lessons, quizzes, streaks, achievements, weekly paychecks, and other activities, or purchased via in-app purchases. They may be spent on unlocking content, boosts, streak protection, or other in-app items. A progressive in-app tax (educational mechanic) may apply to certain earnings.

All MindCoin transactions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
Premium Subscription (Auto-Renewable via Apple):
Apple Subscription Disclosures:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Tier Limits: 1 lesson/day, 1 simulation/day, 1 revision quiz/day, 1 daily challenge/day, 10 Feed cards/day, savings-only portfolio access, 1x XP multiplier.
Premium Benefits: Removes all limits, provides 1.5x XP multiplier, +20% weekly paycheck bonus, full portfolio access, and full leaderboard access.
Consumable In-App Purchases:
MindCoin packs are available at $1.49, $4.99, and $12.49 USD. These are consumable, non-refundable except as required by law, and processed entirely through Apple's payment system.
All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We may change pricing with notice.
Free users have the limitations listed in Section 9. Premium removes those limits and adds the stated bonuses. We may modify free/premium feature sets at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We will remove your data from our servers (including 10+ database tables), authentication records, and (to the extent possible) local device storage.
Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple App Store account -- we cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf. Any remaining MindCoins are forfeited upon deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
We may modify these Terms, the App, its features, pricing, MindCoin economy, XP system, content, or any other aspect at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or App Store update notes. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Educational content is provided for general information only; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or financial decisions) arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or the value of any free features if no payment was made).
We are not liable for issues arising from Apple's payment processing, App Store policies, service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or any content you upload.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
