1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Educational Purpose and Financial Disclaimer

The App is for educational purposes only. Money Mindset provides financial literacy content designed to teach concepts about money, investing, budgeting, and wealth building. The content is educational and informational in nature.

The App does not provide financial advice. Nothing in this App constitutes personal financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on content in the App.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("Premium") with full access.
• New subscribers may receive a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the stated price.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed by Apple. All payments are processed by Apple.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or republish the App's content

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of Money Mindset and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our written permission.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Mindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
